Section 152EQ — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Assistance to independent telecommunications adjudicator

(1) For the purposes of this section, the independent telecommunications adjudicator is a company that: (a) is limited by guarantee; and (b) is identified, in an undertaking in force under section 577A of the Telecommunications Act 1997, as the independent telecommunications adjudicator for the purpose of this section. (2) The Commission may assist the independent telecommunications adjudicator. (3) The assistance may include the following: (a) the provision of information (including protected information within the meaning of section 155AAA); (b) the provision of advice; (c) the making available of resources and facilities (including secretariat services and clerical assistance).
