Section 153ZED — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Constitutional limits on operation of this Part

This Part does not apply in relation to an access seeker’s access to a CS service unless: (a) the provider of the CS service is a corporation (or a partnership or joint venture consisting wholly of corporations); or (b) the access seeker is a corporation; or (c) the access is (or would be) in the course of, or for the purposes of, constitutional trade or commerce.
