Section 153ZEG — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Amendment and revocation of declarations

(1) The Minister may amend or revoke a declaration under subsection 153ZEF(1) in like manner and subject to like conditions (see subsections 33(3) and (3AA) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901). (2) The amendment or revocation of a declaration does not affect: (a) the arbitration of an access dispute that was notified under subsection 153ZEM(2) before the amendment or revocation; or (b) the operation or enforcement of any determination made in the arbitration of an access dispute that was notified under subsection 153ZEM(2) before the amendment or revocation.
