Section 153ZFC — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Division 7 of Part IIIA to apply

(1) Division 7 of Part IIIA applies in relation to a determination under this Part as if they were provisions of this Division. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), treat: (a) a reference in that Division to: (i) a determination as a reference to a determination made under this Part; and (ii) section 44ZZ as a reference to section 153ZFB; and (b) the reference in subsection 44ZZE(3) to Divisions 2 and 3 as a reference to this Part (other than this section); and (c) section 44ZZJ as having been omitted; and (d) any reference in Division 7 of Part IIIA to a provision in that Division as a reference to the provision as it applies because of this section.
