Section 153ZFD — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Register of determinations
Text of the provision Official document
(1) The Commission must maintain a public register that specifies the following information for each determination: (a) the names of the parties to the determination; (b) the CS service to which the determination relates; (c) the date on which the determination was made. (2) The regulations may make provision about the inspection of the public register (including provision about fees).
