Section 154Q — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Occupier to provide reasonable facilities and assistance

The occupier of premises in relation to which a search warrant is being executed must provide the executing officer and any officer assisting with all reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of their powers. Penalty: 30 penalty units.
