Section 154ZU — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Variation or revocation of approval

(1) A designated complainant may apply to the Minister for a variation or revocation of its approval. (2) The application must be: (a) in writing; and (b) in the approved form. Withdrawal of application (3) The designated complainant may, in writing, withdraw the application if the Minister has not decided it. (4) If the designated complainant withdraws the application, it is taken never to have been made.
