Section 154ZY — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Delegation
Text of the provision Official document
(1) The Minister may, in writing, delegate all or any of the Minister’s powers or functions under this Part (other than under section 154ZZ) to the Secretary, or a SES employee or acting SES employee in the Department. (2) In exercising a power under a delegation under this section, the delegate must comply with any written directions of the Minister.
