Section 216 — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Granting of injunctions etc.

In proceedings against a person for a contravention of a provision of this Chapter, the court may: (a) grant an injunction under Division 2 of Part 5-2 against the person in relation to: (i) the conduct that constitutes, or is alleged to constitute, the contravention; or (ii) other conduct of that kind; or (b) make an order under section 246, 247 or 248 in relation to the contravention.
