Section 264 — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Replaced goods

If the goods are replaced under section 261(c) or 263(4)(b): (a) the replacement goods are taken, for the purposes of Division 1 of Part 3-2 and this Part, to be supplied by the supplier; and (b) the provisions of Division 1 of Part 3-2 and this Part apply in relation to the replacement goods.
