Section 303 — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Application of amendments relating to multiple non-major consumer guarantee failures

(1) The amendments made by Part 1 of Schedule 4 to the Treasury Laws Amendment (2020 Measures No. 6) Act 2020 apply in relation to goods supplied under a contract entered into on or after the day that that Part commences. (2) The amendments made by Part 1 of Schedule 4 to the Treasury Laws Amendment (2020 Measures No. 6) Act 2020 apply in relation to services supplied under a contract entered into on or after the day that that Part commences.
