Section 44ZZCC — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Overlap between determinations and access undertakings

If, at a particular time: (a) a final determination is in operation in relation to a declared service; and (b) an access undertaking is in operation in relation to the service; the third party’s access to the service at that time is to be determined under the undertaking to the extent that it deals with a matter or matters relating to access to the service that are not dealt with in the determination.
