Section 44ZZCD — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Overlap between registered contracts and access undertakings

If, at a particular time: (a) a contract is registered under Division 4 in relation to a declared service; and (b) an access undertaking is in operation in relation to the service; the third party’s access to the service at that time is to be determined under the undertaking to the extent that it deals with a matter or matters relating to access to the service that are not dealt with in the contract.
