Section 51ABM — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Changes in joint ownership

(1) This section applies to joint holders of a particular parcel of shares in the capital of a body corporate. (2) For the purposes of the acquisitions provisions, one of those persons is taken to acquire those shares if the person begins to hold the shares alone.
