Section 52ZZG — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Infringement notices—Division 4 of this Part

(1) Subject to subsection (2), Division 2A of Part IVB applies in relation to an alleged contravention of a provision of Division 4 of this Part in the same way in which it applies in relation to an alleged contravention of a civil penalty provision of an industry code (within the meaning of that Part). (2) For the purposes of applying Division 2A of Part IVB in accordance with subsection (1), treat the reference in subparagraph 51ACF(1)(b)(i) to 60 penalty units as being a reference to 600 penalty units.
