Section 52ZZS — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Review of operation of this Part

(1) Within the period of 12 months after the commencement of this Part, the Minister must cause a review of the operation of the Part to be commenced. (2) The review must be completed no later than 12 months after the commencement of the review. (3) A written report of the review must be given to the Minister and the Communications Minister (within the meaning of the National Broadband Network Companies Act 2011). (4) The Minister must ensure that copies of the report are available for public inspection as soon as practicable after the period of 28 days beginning on the day the report is given to the Minister.
