Section 53L — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Regulations may prescribe gas market codes

(1) The regulations may prescribe matters required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed by a gas market code. Note: For the matters that may be included in a gas market code, see Subdivisions B and D and subsection 53ZJ(1). (2) To avoid doubt, subsection (1) does not limit section 172 (power to make regulations).
