Section 53ZN — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Proceedings for defamation not to lie

(1) If the Commission issues a notice under section 53ZM, no action or proceeding for defamation lies against the Commonwealth, the Commission or a member of the staff of the Commission in relation to the issuing of the notice. (2) This section does not limit subsection 53J(2).
