Section 53ZV — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Compliance with notices

A person that is given a notice under section 53ZT must comply with it within: (a) the period specified in the notice; or (b) if the period for complying with the notice has been extended under section 53ZU—the period as so extended. Note: For enforcement, see section 53ZK and Part VI.
