Section 56BZF — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Review by the Tribunal of determinations about fees of particular participants or providers

(1) If the Commission makes a determination under subsection 56BV(2) or 56BZE(2): (a) the CDR participant or action service provider specified in the determination; or (b) a person whose interests are affected by the determination; may apply in writing to the Tribunal for a review of the determination. (2) An application under this section for a review of a determination must be made within 21 days after the day the Commission made the determination. (3) If the Tribunal receives an application under this section for a review of a determination, the Tribunal must review the determination.
