Section 56FJ — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Appointment of the Data Standards Body

(1) The Minister may, by written instrument, appoint as the Data Standards Body: (a) the Department; or (b) another Commonwealth entity (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013). Note: For variation, see subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901. (2) The Minister may, at any time by written instrument, terminate an appointment made under subsection (1).
