Section 56FM — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Terms and conditions

(1) The Data Standards Chair holds office on the terms and conditions (if any) in relation to matters not covered by this Division that are determined by the Minister. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply while the Data Standards Chair is the Minister.
