Section 57BC — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Meaning of scheme RTO and RTO course

A scheme RTO is a registered training organisation that provides, or seeks to provide, a course (an RTO course) in Australia providing training in diagnosing faults with, servicing, repairing, modifying or dismantling scheme vehicles. Note: RTO is short for registered training organisation.
