Section 57BE — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Meaning of data provider

A data provider is: (a) a corporation carrying on a business that includes supplying, to any extent and whether directly or indirectly, scheme information to one or more Australian repairers or scheme RTOs; or (b) any person who carries on such a business in the course of, or in relation to, trade or commerce.
