Section 57GA — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Civil penalty provisions

A provision of this Part that is of one of the following kinds and sets out at its foot a pecuniary penalty indicated by the words “civil penalty” is a civil penalty provision for the purposes of this Part and item 11 of the table in subsection 76(1A): (a) a subsection; (b) a section that is not divided into subsections.
