Section 58CD — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Delegation

The Minister may, in writing, delegate the Minister’s power under section 58CB to make a code for a regulated sector to: (a) another Minister; or (b) the Commission; or (c) the entity that is, or is to be, the SPF sector regulator for the sector. Note: Sections 34AA to 34A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 contain provisions relating to delegations.
