Section 58DA — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Simplified outline of this Division

One or more external dispute resolution schemes may be authorised for dealing with consumer complaints about scams relating to, connected with, or using regulated services. An existing scheme like the AFCA scheme could be authorised for this purpose, or new schemes could be developed and authorised.
