Section 58FZK — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Application of this Subdivision

Nothing in this Subdivision: (a) prevents a person being held vicariously liable for a proportion of a claim under subsection 58FZC(1) for which another person is liable; or (b) prevents a person from being held severally liable with another person for that proportion of a claim under subsection 58FZC(1) for which the other person is liable; or (c) affects the operation of any other provision of this Act or of any other Act to the extent that the provision imposes several liability on any person in respect of what would otherwise be a claim under subsection 58FZC(1).
