Section 58GF — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Report of the operation of the SPF provisions

(1) The Minister must cause a review to be conducted of the operation of the SPF provisions. (2) The review must be conducted as soon as practicable after the end of the 3-year period starting on the day the first SPF code is made under section 58CB. (3) The persons who conduct the review must give the Minister a written report of the review. (4) The Minister must cause a copy of the report of the review to be tabled in each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the Minister receives the report.
