Section 60B — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Regulated goods

(1) For the purposes of this Part, regulated goods means: (a) natural gas; or (b) electricity; or (c) synthetic greenhouse gas; or (d) SGG equipment; or (e) other goods of a kind specified in a legislative instrument under subsection (2). (2) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, specify one or more kinds of goods for the purposes of paragraph (1)(e).
