Section 65 — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Application of this Division to supplies of gas, electricity and telecommunications

(1) This Division does not apply to a supply if the supply: (a) is a supply of a kind specified in the regulations; and (b) is a supply of gas, electricity or a telecommunications service. (2) A telecommunications service is a service for carrying communications by means of guided or unguided electromagnetic energy or both.
