Section 87P — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Most extreme cases

(1) The court must not award as personal injury damages for non-economic loss the maximum amount of damages for non-economic loss except in a most extreme case. (2) A most extreme case is a case in which the plaintiff suffers non-economic loss of the gravest conceivable kind.
