Section 92E — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Period for which authorisations remain in force

An authorisation under this Division is in force for the period: (a) starting on the day specified in the determination (which may be before the commencement of this section, but must not be before 1 April 2026); and (b) ending at the earliest of the following: (i) the start of the day specified in the determination; (ii) if the determination is revoked—the end of the day the revocation takes effect; (iii) the end of the last day on which a declaration mentioned in subsection 92D(2) to which the determination relates is in force.
