Section 93AF — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Only 1 collective bargaining notice under subsection 93AB(1) may be given

If: (a) a corporation gives the Commission a collective bargaining notice under subsection 93AB(1) in relation to a contract or proposed contract; and (b) either: (i) the Commission gives the corporation an objection notice in relation to the contract or proposed contract; or (ii) the collective bargaining notice is taken to be withdrawn under subsection 93AE(3); then the corporation may not give the Commission a further collective bargaining notice under subsection 93AB(1) in relation to the same contract or proposed contract or in relation to a contract or proposed contract to the like effect.
