Section 94 — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Regulations may limit the application of this Division

This Division (other than section 73) does not apply, or provisions of this Division (other than section 73) that are specified in the regulations do not apply, to or in relation to: (a) circumstances of a kind specified in the regulations; or (b) agreements of a kind specified in the regulations; or (c) the conduct of businesses of a kind specified in the regulations.
