Section 1012J — Corporations Act 2001: Information must be up to date

The information in a Product Disclosure Statement must be up to date as at the time when it is given. Note: A Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement containing updated information may be given with a Product Disclosure Statement that has become out of date. The updated information is taken to be included in the Product Disclosure Statement (see section 1014D).
