Section 1013G — Corporations Act 2001: Product Disclosure Statement must be dated

A Product Disclosure Statement must be dated. The date must be: (a) if a copy of the Product Disclosure Statement has been lodged with ASIC (see section 1015B)—the date on which it was so lodged; or (b) in any other case—the date on which the Product Disclosure Statement was prepared or its preparation was completed.
