Section 1013J — Corporations Act 2001: Requirements if Statement has been lodged with ASIC

A Product Disclosure Statement, a copy of which has been lodged with ASIC (see section 1015B), must include a statement that: (a) a copy of the document has been lodged with ASIC; and (b) ASIC takes no responsibility for the content of the document.
