Section 1014H — Corporations Act 2001: Meaning of Replacement Product Disclosure Statement

A Replacement Product Disclosure Statement is a document that replaces the Product Disclosure Statement (the earlier PDS) mentioned in paragraph 1014G(a) in order to: (a) correct a misleading or deceptive statement in the earlier PDS; or (b) correct an omission from the earlier PDS of information it is required to contain; or (c) update, or add to, the information contained in the earlier PDS; or (d) change a statement of a kind referred to in paragraph 1016E(1)(a) or (b).
