Section 1023B — Corporations Act 2001: Meaning of financial product—Part 7.9A

Text of the provision Official document

In this Part, financial product: (a) includes a financial product within the meaning of Division 2 of Part 2 of the ASIC Act; but (b) does not include: (i) a financial product issued, or offered for regulated sale, by an exempt body corporate of a State or Territory or by an exempt public authority; or (ii) a financial product specified in regulations made for the purposes of this subparagraph.
