Section 1041G — Corporations Act 2001: Dishonest conduct

A person must not, in the course of carrying on a financial services business in this jurisdiction, engage in dishonest conduct in relation to a financial product or financial service. Note 1: Failure to comply with this subsection is an offence (see subsection 1311(1)). Note 2: Failure to comply with this subsection may also lead to civil liability under section 1041I.
