Section 1055C — Corporations Act 2001: Evidence of determination of superannuation complaint

Text of the provision Official document

(1) A document purporting to be a copy of AFCA’s determination of a superannuation complaint, and purporting to be certified, by an AFCA staff member who is authorised to do so, to be a true copy of the determination, is, in any proceeding, prima facie evidence of the determination. (2) This section does not affect any other method available by law for the proof of determinations of AFCA.
