Section 1061 — Corporations Act 2001: Minister may appoint independent member

The Minister may, by written instrument, appoint an independent person to be a member of the board of the CSLR operator. Note: The independent person appointed by the Minister is the Chair of the board (see the mandatory requirement in paragraph 1062(3)(d)).
