Section 1069B — Corporations Act 2001: Payment of AFCA’s unpaid fees

(1) The CSLR operator must pay to AFCA an amount equal to AFCA’s unpaid fees for a month starting on or after the accumulation recovery day if AFCA has notified the CSLR operator of those fees in accordance with subsection 1058B(1). (2) The CSLR operator must pay the amount to AFCA as soon as reasonably practicable after AFCA’s notification to the CSLR operator of those fees. (3) However, the CSLR operator must not pay an amount under this section before: (a) the start of the first levy period; or (b) any later day prescribed by regulations made for the purposes of this paragraph.
