Section 1100K — Corporations Act 2001: Financial markets recognised under this Division

(1) For the purposes of this Division, the following financial markets are covered by this section: (a) a financial market operated by a market licensee; (b) a foreign financial market determined by ASIC under subsection (2). (2) ASIC may, by legislative instrument, determine one or more foreign financial markets for the purposes of this section.
