Section 1101I — Corporations Act 2001: Gaming and wagering laws do not affect validity of contracts relating to financial products

Despite any law of a State or Territory in this jurisdiction about gaming and wagering: (a) a person may enter into a contract that is a financial product; and (b) the contract is valid and enforceable.
