Section 1222R — Corporations Act 2001: Initial sub-funds to be registered when the CCIV is registered

If ASIC registers a CCIV, ASIC must also register one or more sub-funds of the CCIV. Note: If ASIC deregisters a sub-fund, and as a result the CCIV has no sub-funds, ASIC must deregister the CCIV: see section 1239K.
