Section 1222W — Corporations Act 2001: Using sub-fund name and ARFN on documents

(1) A CCIV must set out a sub-fund’s name and ARFN on all its public documents and negotiable instruments that relate to the sub-fund. (2) An offence based on subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
