Section 1224B — Corporations Act 2001: Meaning of officer of a CCIV

In this Act: officer of a corporation that is a CCIV means: (a) a director of the CCIV; or (b) a receiver, or receiver and manager, of the property of a sub-fund of the CCIV; or (c) a liquidator of a sub-fund of the CCIV; or (d) a trustee or other person administering a compromise or arrangement made between the CCIV and someone else. Note: Part 8B.6 is about external administration of sub-funds.
