Section 1225A — Corporations Act 2001: Responsibility of secretary of corporate director for certain contraventions by CCIV

A secretary of the corporate director of a CCIV contravenes subsection 188(1) if the CCIV contravenes a corporate responsibility provision. Note: Subsection 188(1) is a civil penalty provision (see section 1317E).
